Executive Secretary to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, letters and other documents for the CEO
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, filing, and organizing documents
- Screen and manage telephone calls and visitors, and respond to inquiries from staff, stakeholders, and other external parties
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Manage and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in special projects and events as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- **SALARY - 4000 AED**:

- **DRIVING LICENSE PREFEERED**:
- **Preference only for 1 to 2 year experienced**
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven 1 to 2 year experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
