WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Utilize your in-depth HR operations experience within project environments to streamline processes and ensure effective project delivery.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing HR systems, contributing to operational efficiency and technological advancement.
- Ensure compliance with local legislations, leveraging your knowledge to mitigate legal risks and foster a secure work environment.
- If you bring cross-border HR experience, it's an added advantage Contribute insights to our regional HR strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Professional level experience in in all HR verticals, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse HR functions, local legislations, HR systems and MS Office suite.
- Expertise in HR operations within project environments, ensuring effective and efficient project outcomes.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Evidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining
- 7 to 8 years of broad, relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or legal discipline
