The role?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Admin Assistant to join our team.

Main duties and responsibilities would include:

- Populate and maintain the HR & Office Database.
- Assist in recruitment related activities such as reference checks, formatting resumes and converting it to EnerMech format,
- Calculate basic staff entitlements like annual leave entitlements, end of service calculations, etc.
- Handle travel bookings for UAE based staff
- Generating employment certificates and office correspondence.
- Assist in all administrative tasks

Requirements and skills
- 3+ years' experience in HR/Admin
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Excellent communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
