Responsibilities:

- Participates in the development of the Administration services (i.e. procurement/office & utilities) policies and procedures and recommend any changes.
- Prepares the Administration services plan and submits it to the HR & Admin. Manager for discussion and approval.
- To source, negotiate and purchase necessary from identified and reliable sources UAE.
- Manages and coordinates all Administration services activities of procurement, office and utilities services.
- Renders user departments with all services provided by the Administration Section.
- Supervises and ensures the smooth operations of the Administration Section i.e. utilities, communications & transportation and office services.
- Supervises and ensures that safety and security measures are properly undertaken.
- Process Purchase order base on the request form Supervisor/Manager.
- Make summary of order for monthly closing and Cost Control
- Assist the Manager in managing some of human resource functions.
- Any other ad-hoc work Assigned by HR & Admin Manager.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources) or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge in ERP Application
- Communication, Selling skills, Initiative and follow through.
- Planning and coordinating skills.
- Interpersonal Skills
- H. R. Skills

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
