Charterhouse are exclusively working with a Multinational Professional Services Organisation who are interested in hiring an organised, presentable individual to support with Administrative and Front Desk tasks.

**About the role**
This role will be focused on providing administrative support, such as overseeing petty cash and expenses, managing diaries and maintaining supplies. You will track and ensure all calendars, procedures and accounts are up to date, and efficiently monitored.
There will be certain client related responsibilities such as booking and supervising meeting rooms, keeping stock of materials
- liaising with Office Service Assistants, and BD personal.

In addition, you will also be responsible in maintaining logbooks for invoices, deliveries and monthly reports to the head office
- including reference back-ups for audit purposes.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who can assume responsibilities with mínimal supervision and is dedicated to further develop their professional career.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English. You must have previous experience as support staff within an international, professional services organisation.
