**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Facilitate year-end payroll processes, including the issuance of annual statements and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.

2. Facilitate month end closing for leave salary, air fares, gratuity etc.

3. Efficiently manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries.

4.Stay abreast of UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure payroll processes align with legal requirements.

5. Maintain precise employee records, including attendance, leaves, and other relevant information to guarantee accurate payroll calculations.

6. Administer payroll deductions and benefits accurately, taking into consideration tax regulations and company policies.

7. Effectively communicate with employees to address payroll-related queries and provide assistance in understanding pay statements.

8. Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure transparency, identify trends, and contribute to informed decision-making.

9. Effectively handles HR petty cash.

10. Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll documentation for audits and internal reviews.

11. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with broader organizational functions.

12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in payroll operations and implement enhancements as needed.

**Key Requirements**:
1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll administration within the UAE. (mandatory)

2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

3. Must have a valid UAE driving license and personal car, with the flexibility to relocate to Sharjah or Ajman.

4. Must have good knowledge in HR Labor Laws
5. Must have knowledge of creating and analyzing payroll reports and metrics.
