Managing the sales team in order processing and related matters
- Account management and collection by the sales team

Preparing relevant daily/weekly/monthly reports
Sales, Logistics and Purchasing.
Generate purchase requisitions in coordination with
finance department.
- Follow up on financial reports, sales and items on a daily basis and submit them to the sales manager
Quality control, quantity, delivery times and transportation
costs.
Prepare letter of credit and other documents.
Ensure carrier compliance with company policies
Solve problems related to transportation and logistics
regulations, imports, exports, or customer issues.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with everyone
linked to the logistics process.
Make sure all orders are sent on time.
Assist the sales manager in managing the sales team on a daily basis.
Recording of meeting minutes.
All assigned advertising tasks and projects
- Compliance with health, safety and environment standards

requirements
Proven UAE experience in sales, experience as sales
Skills in managing communication with the sales team and customers.
Good computer skills (Excel, MS Office).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational qualification in Business Administration or
related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
