**Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant (Male & Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: AED 1800-2000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
- Health insurance and other benefits provided as per UAE labor law.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

**Experience**:
