**Position: Customer Service Representative**

**Experience: 3-6 years**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Patience and empathy to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail to accurately process orders and manage customer information.
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and office priorities.
- Knowledge of auto spare parts and the automotive industry (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to customers regarding auto spare parts inquiries and purchases, collaborating with available sales personnel.
- Welcome and greet customers upon their arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Listen attentively to customer complaints and concerns, effectively communicating with relevant staff to address issues promptly.
- Manage sales returns and resolves problems diplomatically and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Control customer traffic within the office, directing and assisting customers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure timely and effective customer assistance.
- Maintain a tidy and organized customer service area, enhancing the professional image of the office.
- Provide guidance to customers in locating products and understanding product features as needed.
- Monitors customer feedback and identifies areas for service improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and service standards.
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing orders and maintaining customer records.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve office objectives and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
