**Role Summary: Business Development Officer - Recruitment**
iAdvance provides specialized IT Staffing Solutions and Professional Services for all Industries since 1999. We have expertise in Contracting hires, Full time hires, and Recruitment process outsourcing. We typically work in globally integrated teams leveraging capacity across our different locations to deliver the most effective solutions.
**Client Engagement**
You’ll be engaged with clients from the start. To deliver solutions of value in the space we operate, you need to understand what the business objectives are; we ensure as much focus on the business. We need our consultants to be able to conceptualize beyond those objectives to really add value. Working closely with clients is the only way to foster it.
**Developing Relationships**
We set out to establish trust-based relationships with our customers, prospects and obviously colleagues. Our relationships are the fundamental block to building business
**Working as a part of a supportive delivery team**
Your delivery team will be a mix of experienced and junior consultants, across geographies, working together daily and supporting one another along the way.

**Growing your own value and our business**:
Interact with clients, listen to their needs, and assist with business development meetings and demonstrations to help them understand their business goals in the context of what’s technically possible.
**Developing our consultancy**:
Contribute to recruitment, training, and the management and culture of the business.
**Getting involved with our educational market intelligence**:
Prepare and deliver informational market intelligence for our clients and prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients in the target market. - Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
- Coordinate and lead other recruitment personnel within the company on business development processes and manage performance to meet company sales objectives.
- Should have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the Recruitment and staffing industry
- Present Salas, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Assist in the setting and delivery of sales strategy for the company.
- Should have highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Should have experience in bringing both Permanent and C2H clients.
- Should have experience in bringing White/Grey/Blue Colored clients.
- Should have prior experience working for GCC regions.
