- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Set up and break down the food truck at event locations efficiently.
- Coordinate with driver and event site PIC for food truck pull-in and pull-out
- Assist in menu presentation and ensure a visually appealing food display.
- Greet and engage with customers, providing a positive and memorable experience.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide information about our menu offerings.
- Monitor sales forecast and inventory management and coordinate with Central kitchen & warehouse for stocking up the truck
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless on-site operations.
- Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness within the food truck.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any on-site issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to contribute to the overall ambiance.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to different event settings.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Understanding of food safety regulations.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Event: 2 years (required)
- Food Truck: 1 year (required)
- Event Coordination: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
