Simple Group started in July 2020 and has since served more than 100 clients, organized more than 10 trade fairs, and have completed more than 500 business matchings. We have also been featured in over 50 media and forged partnerships with over 80 partner associations and companies in the region. Our international footprints also include Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Australia and China.

In the next bound, Simple Group focus shall be on re-inventing our technical competencies to use data-driven approach towards perfecting our Simple Group Dealmaking Desk methodology in pushing forward cross-border opportunities, strengthening efforts to better serve International Trade Fairs through Simple Group Virtual Trade Fair suite of services and charting our 2024 roadmap for Simple Group Events that serves Singapore enterprises in venturing overseas through participation in International Trade Fairs and high-quality Business Matchings.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets for trade fairs and sign-ups.
- Identify key markets and target segments, and tailor sales strategies accordingly to effectively penetrate new markets and expand client base.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Generate leads through targeted outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and qualify prospects based on their needs, preferences, and purchasing authority.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at big companies abroad, understanding their business objectives and pain points.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions and providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead sales negotiations, presenting compelling value propositions and addressing objections to secure commitment from clients.
- Close business agreements, ensuring the successful execution of contracts and the depositing of 50% of the agreed-upon amount to Cinhoe.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics and resources to support the successful execution of trade fair sales and sign-ups, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in closing cross-border business agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, as well as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for excellence and a relentless pursuit of success.

**Duration**:This is a full-time remote position with an immediate start.
