**Job Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Pre - Sales Responsibilities
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train, and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
- Promote close and cooperative relationships with peer sales managers and sales support personnel.
- Identifying new sales prospects though various channels like BNC, Cold Calls, Sales Meetings, etc.
- Special attention to be given to recurring/repeat order customers to maintain steady sales.
- Generating and focusing on new sales leads, and cash customers to increase new opportunities in sales thus increasing the sales volume

In - Sales Responsibilities:

- Directly manage sales support staff made up of Sales Executives, Coordinators, and other related departments.
- It is aligning all sales activities (for example quotations, orders, and other requests) in liaison with ERP software SAP.
- Ensure the sales development KPIs are being hit weekly and monthly by conducting regular assessments of progress regarding weekly and monthly forecasts.
- Monitoring and guiding the Sales Procurement team to ensure and maintain procurement to be in line with daily sales targets.
- Collaboration with other managers to achieve and exceed the team goals and pipelines
- Upgrade current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance.
- Monitor, support, and coach sales development representatives with cold calling, prospecting, follow-up calls, and booking meetings.
- Conduct performance management reviews to ensure direct reports are developing and that goals and expectations are aligned.
- Monitoring Sales Coordinator, Sales Procurement, and Indoor Sales Executives Day-to-day activity.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team overall
- Conducting weekly Sales Review meetings and preparing the sales team to understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Supporting sales team for cross-selling and up-selling.
- NDA, MOU, Sales Contracts/Agreement, and other sales-related documents review and signing.
- Liaison with the Technical Dept for creating Pre-Qualifications, Submittals, Warranty, and technical supporting documents.
- Scrutinizing medium, high-value projects and targeting to secure the same
- Negotiating deals especially for medium, high-value projects

Identifying the key area of client concern and closing the deal aptly favoring both customer and company equally

Client / Customer assessment, Credit and payment term assessment (LC, PDC, and other secured payment mode) in liaison with top management.

Post - Sales Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with the Supply Chain team for timely delivery and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Catering to client concerns post material delivery.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Submit monthly Sales forecast to the management
- Performs any other tasks as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
