Sales Support Manager
**THE ROLE**:
Responsible for sales support and administrative functions associated with the international markets including interacting with customers, territory managers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, working with cross-functional teams as needed to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily
Providing support in Sales functions and Act as Complete Backup for Outside Sales / Inside Sales linked.
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce,VAS, intermodal, CEVA )
Handle and manage disputes of customers
Monitor the teams performance and ensure smooth processing of bookings.
Coordinate with Head Office (HO)/ Regional Office (RO) on rate quotations and market information and provide proper feedback on the outcome of rate negotiations to Agency management /HO/RO
Ensure due diligence and compliance maintained OFAC/sanctions related countries.
Participate in Sales/ Trade meetings as required.
Design and manage key performance indicators for team.
Monitoring Sales Support team for timely indexing to meet KPI, Managing Indexing Rosters, Managing Request for informations (RFI ) and Instructions, Rectifying RFI errors by coordinating with customer service and Back Office
Develop and modify when needed, strategies to ensure team is properly resourced and structured to support upcoming needs of the organization.
Train new and existing employees on company products and services, as well as sales support processes and procedures
Coordinate with HO/ RO on rate quotations and market information and provide proper feedback on the outcome of rate negotions to Agency management /HO/RO
Coordination with Load and discharge port agents for smooth conduct of business and cargo opportunities and approvals.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE**:
Graduate (3 years regular course ) Any bachelor degree or Equivalent University Degree
Must have atleast 5 years of Industry experience in similar capacity and should have knowledge of the end to end process of Shipping sales.
Quotation management
Basic proficiency with MS Office
Analytical & Reporting aptitude (Data, Qliksense)
Knowledge of competition activities in the market
