- Provide support in the review, processing and conclusion of contracts such as vendor agreements, subcontracts, services agreements, NDA’s, etc.
- Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions
- Assist with the purchasing and facilitate procurement activities in the region
- Coordinate and facilitate Due Diligence requirements and processing. Monitor and maintain update log of Due Diligence requests and no objection notices.
- Monitor and review procurement documents to ensure procurement requirements are satisfied.
- Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to ensuring project team’s compliance to the company’s policies and procedures.
- Facilitate approvals in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
- Maintain database of updated vendors / subconsultants
- Assist Procurement Manager in verifying online purchase orders for all the projects.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchase coordinator: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)
