We are currently seeking an ADMIN COORDINATOR OFFICE SUPPORT who has extensive experience in construction industry to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

**Position: ADMIN COORDINATOR office support**

**Job Descirption**:
TMC General Contracting is looking for an **Admin Coordinator Office Support**with exceptional problem-solving skill and meticulous attention for details that will to streamline operations and provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments and sub-companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various sub-companies and departments.
- Receive and forward communications to different staff, sub-companies and departments.
- Knowledgeable with accounting process such as invoices, make payments, and track receipt.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage receivables.
- Support project management teams (office and onsite) with administrative tasks.
- Manage basic office inventory tracking and regular inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven capability to effectively manage and excel under time-sensitive and changing workplace conditions,.
- Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred.
- Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems
- Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously
