This role involves supporting the finance and administrative functions as an Admin Assistant / Finance Associate. You'll work directly with the CFO, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate financial data management, smooth system transitions, and day-to-day support for back-office operations.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the CFO across day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in data migration and system integration projects involving accounting and operations platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a finance, accounting support, or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Zoho Books/CRM/Projects.
- Demonstrated experience with data migration and system implementation.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace – especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
