**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the insurance sector.

Identify and target potential clients, including insurance companies, brokers, and related entities, fostering strong and enduring relationships.

Understand client needs and pain points, effectively articulating how our software solutions can address their challenges and drive operational efficiency.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align strategies and ensure the delivery of value-driven solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to adapt and refine sales strategies.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the unique benefits of our software platforms.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software.

Provide insights and feedback from the market to contribute to the continuous improvement of our software offerings.

Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of 8-10 years of successful sales experience, with a substantial focus on Selling Cloud based SaaS products to insurance companies and brokers.

Deep understanding of the insurance industry, its challenges, and the role of technology in driving innovation.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
