We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team. As a Freelance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients in the UAE who could benefit from our software testing services.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Present and promote our software testing services to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software service sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with software testing services is a plus.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and industry trends.

**Compensation**
- Initial 3 months: Commission-based, with a competitive commission rate of 20% to 30% based on project valuation.
- After three months: Potential for a fixed salary plus commission based on performance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
