**About Us**
The Company is an importer and distributor of Professional Audio Equipment and Musical Instruments. Established in the UAE in 1994, our operations involve wholesale, distribution, retail, and projects. We have a current team strength of 40+ and are looking for a capable Account Manager for our Distribution team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver sales growth and generate sales leads by increasing business with existing channel partners and developing new ones.
- Liaise with decision makers of private and public sector clients and generate leads/business.
- Prepare projects BOQ, Quotations, Designs, Cost Estimations, Specifications, Submittals, and Proposals
- Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors as part of projects and negotiation with suppliers to get competitive prices
- Conduct regular visits to channel partners in order to maintain relationships, understand needs, and introduce new products & solutions.
- Continuously learn about of new products and solutions.
- Provide after-sales support services and technical backup as required.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
**Need to Have**
- 3 years of experience in the System Integration, AV Consulting/Projects, or AV Rental Industry
- 3 years of Business Development or Account Management experience in UAE / GCC
- Exposure to Public address systems/Musical instruments.
- Technical understanding of Analogue and Digital AV Equipment
- Excellent English communication skills.
- UAE Driving License.
Good to Have
- Arabic speaking ability
- Professional Qualifications/Certifications in AV Technologies

We have a current team strength of 40+ and are looking for a capable Account Manager for our Distribution team.
This role primarily involves managing customer relationships, building brand presence, and converting leads.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver sales growth and generate sales leads by increasing business with existing channel partners and developing new ones.
