**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes.
- Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.
- **Employee Onboarding**:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Set up and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
- **Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to employee records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
- **Benefits Administration**:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Provide administrative support in handling employee relations issues, including preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
- **General HR Support**:
- Assist with the preparation of HR communications, including announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, performance management, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 Years of UAE experience as HR Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
