We are seeking for **B2B** Sale Executive for Watches

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Act as an ambassador for the Brand at all times.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Creating and maintaining customer’s network
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Processing transactions quickly and accurately
- Perform timely follow up with customers

Maintain eye-catching effective displays within the store
Follow operating procedures related to sales and stock
- Work to achieve sales targets, drive store business and grow the client base
- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with exceptional selling skills and recommendations
- Maintain the highest degree of customer service every day and aim to exceed customer expectations of services and products, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction continuously
- To educate customers to the brand, explaining the values of the brand to new clients
- Keep your client list aware of upcoming events and any new products
- Perform as a team-player and contribute to the overall objectives of the brand and Company

**Skill requirement**:

- **Outdoor sell experience is mandatory for this position.**:

- Ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Passionate about the luxury retail sector
- Well-presented and polished
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well within a friendly and supportive team
- Dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded and result-driven, Customer service skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B Sale Executive: 2 years (preferred)
- Outdoor Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Selling watches to directly Clients: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
