**Job description**
**Job Title**: HR Assistant
**Department**: Human Resources
**Reports To**: HR Manager/Clinic Manager
**Location**: Ajman, UAE
**Essential Functions**:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital.
- **HR Administration**:
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Manage employee leave requests, track attendance, and update records accordingly.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, visa processing, and other benefits.
- Assist with the performance management process, including performance reviews and appraisals.
- Handle employee inquiries and grievances, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)

- Tagalog (required)
