**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
**Requirements**:
- Recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in HR
- HR-related certificates are highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
