We are looking to recruit **Assistant Manager - F&B Outlets Zoo** with the following skills & qualifications:
- **Duties & Responsibilities**:_
responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the zoo. The role includes managing service quality, ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of facilities, maintaining high standards of food safety, and fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Guest Service:
Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service. Train and guide staff to continuously improve customer service skills, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Operations Management:
Having F&B Experience From 3 - 5 years.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including cafes, kiosks, and specialty dining areas within the zoo. Ensure all outlets meet the company’s standards for service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
Perform regular inventories of food, beverages, and other supplies. Manage stock levels to ensure that all outlets are adequately supplied while minimizing waste. Oversee the stocking and presentation of food and retail merchandise.
- Staff Training & Development:
Train all F&B staff according to company policies and procedures. Encourage continuous learning and development to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance:
Ensure that all F&B operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Implement and oversee safety programs, conduct regular safety drills, and act as a key member of the zoo’s Safety Committee.
- Facility Maintenance:
Conduct daily inspections of all F&B areas to ensure they are well-maintained and meet sanitation standards. Address any maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Financial Performance:
Assist in monitoring financial performance of the F&B outlets, including managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue. Support the F&B Manager in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to boost profitability.
- Team Leadership:
Promote high morale, good employee relations, and teamwork among the F&B staff. Provide strong leadership through active participation and visible management.
- Customer Interaction:
Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner. Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively to enhance the guest experience.
- Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Manager to support the overall objectives of the department.
