**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Maintain office filing and documentation systems, ensuring all records are organized and up to date.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Coordinate office activities and schedules, including meetings and appointments.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Provide support to the management team as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
