We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing customer and prospect inquiries, orders, and supporting sales efforts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers and prospects, processing orders, and assisting the Customer Service Manager. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will be instrumental in our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
**Manage Customer and Prospect Inquiries: Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer and prospect queries, including samples, stock information, product details, claims, RFQs, and Proforma Invoices.**
**Follow up on customer offers and gather detailed information on prospects, forwarding it to the Customer Service Manager.**

**Customer Order Management: Analyze and register customer orders accurately.**

**Sales Support: Actively participate in sales promotion efforts, including systematic outreach to distributors.**

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to commute to Sharjah-Saif Zone.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
