**Job Overview**:
As a Happiness Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and promoting customer retention. This position also requires seamless coordination between departments to meet customer needs, ensuring overall satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer inquiries and complaints are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Act as a bridge between customers and various departments to address concerns and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Resolve complaints by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve overall service quality.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve internal processes and enhance customer experience.
- Regularly communicate with customers to gauge satisfaction and understand areas of improvement.
- Keep up to date with company services, policies, and product offerings to ensure accurate communication with customers.
- Analyse customer service metrics and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the organization’s reputation for excellent service is maintained across all interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or customer relations. Experience in education sector will be preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
