Personal Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
- **Able to drive to multiple locations in UAE**:
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Review and analyze contracts, identifying key terms and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate contract execution, including obtaining necessary signatures and approvals.
- Maintain a database of contracts and renewal dates, ensuring timely renewals and terminations.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel agendas and provide detailed trip information to executives.
- Track travel expenses and process reimbursement requests.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange venue bookings, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other logistics as required.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prioritize and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Relay messages and ensure timely dissemination of information.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Preferably Male
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Experience in contract review and management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
