Concierge - Cx (Customer Experience) Officer - Real

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge - CX Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that all clients and visitors receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and residents with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide information about the property, services, and local amenities.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage reservations, appointments, and other client requests.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Assist in planning and executing resident events and activities.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and services to provide recommendations.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
