**Job Summary**:
**Seven Stage Wealthcare Management Consultancy** is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist cum Office Boy to manage the front desk operations and provide office support to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring they reach the correct department or person.
- Handle inquiries from visitors and provide them with necessary information.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
Office Support Duties:
- Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assisting with serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring items are restocked when necessary.
- Running errands such as picking up office supplies, sending mail, and delivering documents.
- Providing general administrative assistance to office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office or customer-facing role.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
