**Job Title**: Office Assistant - Operations Department
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
We are real estate company based in Dubai. We are looking to expand our operations team and are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join us immediately.
As an Office Assistant in the Operations Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. You will handle various tasks related to day-to-day office functions and collaborate with other departments to maintain productivity and organizational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records and data.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of operational documents and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments and assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information in company databases.
- Provide support to the operations team in completing daily tasks and projects.
- Ensure all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in an office assistant or administrative role in Dubai.
- Excellent communication skills in Eglish & Hindi.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
