- Prepares quotations/rates for local & overseas clients for both Air and Sea shipments, Assists customer’s inquiries, complaints and issues,
- Process all types of required customs documents through customs portal and prepare the additional documents like
- Certificate of origin, EXIT/ENTRY certificates, E-gate passes and NR claims, Deposit refund claim.
- Efficient handling of Mirsal II declaration for Import and Export shipments, review and identify the customs documentation requirements.
- Managing the entire process of Sea-Air, Air-Air, Transshipment’s Operations, well knowledge of Free zone, GCC Countries Documentation
- Communicate / correspond with International Agents, vendors and Consignees / Send pre-alerts / pre-advice /arrival notice and ensure timely issuance of delivery orders, clearance and Delivery of Shipments.
- Arranging all kind of transportation (pickup, trucks & trailers) based on the requirements, and coordinating with
- transporters to ensure timely delivery of the consignment to the clients.
- Interface with ports, customs and external Inspection authorities for documentation, goods clearance and other routine matters.
- Effectively maintain CDR and Standing Guarantee accounts within the stipulated time frame and avoid any fine/penalties.
- Arranges necessary permits for dangerous goods at DCA (Dubai Civil Aviation) or at any other government institution.
- Manage all the activities related to import such as import schedule, D/O collections & extensions, D/O request letter to shipping co. and prepare manifest for consolidation cargo.
- Maintaining a good and strong relationship with the Customer.
- Supervise the team in a perfect manner and divide the enquiries equally and assign to the team members.
- Guide the team members and resolve their doubts and give a perfect advice for the better rates and perfect shipments clearances.
- Preparing the job file for all shipments, and make sure that cost all added in the file and it’s good to handover to accounts department.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Able to work under fast paced environment, willing to learn attitude, time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and balance high volume work responsibilities. Confident, Determined and Adaptable.
- Capable of working under pressure with tight schedules, Skills at clarifying issues and finding solutions.
- A team leader with excellent analytical, planning, execution, and organizational skills.
- Experience in rate & service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents.
- Capability to handle freight forwarding operations & customer service independently without supervision.
- Good Knowledge in documentation and procedure of Import & Export shipments for Local & FZE Companies, and GCC shipments.
- Expert in handling Sea-Air & Air-Air Transshipment’s & Consolidation.
- Well Knowledge in Customs clearance for all Import, Export and GCC Land shipments.
- Expert in preparing CNCA Certificate, COC, COO, Saber Certificate, DM permits for Export & Import.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month

- Dubai International City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- and above as Logistics Executive: 2 years (preferred)
