Human Resource Assistant

Responsible for all areas of Human Resources including recruitment, staffing, training, Employee benefits, employee relations and HR data entry.
- Maintaining and keeping all personal files and records pertaining to the employees in the organization.
- Follow procedures related to Expatriates working in the company: visa, passport, work permits, medical and coordinating with PRO for visa related matters.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Coordinate the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and send appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner.
- Responsible for tracking the holidays and vacation availed by the employees.
- Assisting in the appraisal process.
- Coordinating and ensuring the training programs are conducted on a monthly basis.
- Coordinating with the department heads & ensuring that the skill matrix is updated on a monthly basis. Analyzing the same and preparing a report to be submitted to the Managing Director.
- Ensuring that all the personnel’s in the company have received proper health and safety training (including fire safety) in accordance with company requirements.
- Handle the reception & other administrative duties as and when required.

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required**
- Degree/Diploma in human resources management, business administration with 0yrs-3yrs experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in command of English with strong verbal and writing skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive and privileged information
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Must be self-motivated to initiate and complete wide variety of tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to take initiative and to commit to uncertain and often demanding work schedule
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and be flexible enough to reprioritize workload as necessary
**Functional Competencies Required**
- Should have sound knowledge of HR related procedures and policies and should b be able to handle all HR related issues.
- Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.
