Administrative Assistant/document Controller

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting order supplies.
- Manages drafting all contracts relating to employees, clients and else.
- Be updated on all client updates.
- Handles social media posting for services within the company
- Use social media marketing tools.
