Looking for IT/ELV/AV Sales Manager (Male/Female) in Dubai
**Position Overview**:
The IT, ELV, and AV (Information Technology, Extra-Low Voltage, and Audio-Visual) Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of technology solutions within the IT, ELV, and AV domains. This position involves leading a sales team, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager should possess a comprehensive understanding of IT, ELV, and AV products and services to cater to diverse client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy and Planning**:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company objectives.
Identify target markets, segments, and opportunities for IT, ELV, and AV solutions.
Set clear sales goals and quotas for the sales team.
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, referrals, and research.
Nurture leads to establish a strong sales pipeline and expand the customer base.
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology requirements.
Provide expert guidance on IT, ELV, and AV solutions that match client needs.
Offer exceptional customer support and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
**Sales Team Leadership**:Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team for optimal performance.
Define individual and team sales targets and monitor progress regularly.
Provide coaching and support to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills.
**Solution Presentations and Proposals**:Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Craft customized proposals outlining the benefits and features of IT, ELV, and AV solutions.
**Negotiation and Deal Closure**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals while maximizing profitability.
Obtain signed agreements and contracts from clients.
**Market Analysis and Insights**:Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Share market insights with the management team to inform strategic decisions.
**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Provide accurate and timely sales data to support decision-making processes.
**Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and support teams.
Ensure effective communication with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record (8 years) in IT, ELV, and AV sales, with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT, ELV, and AV products, services, and solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Client-centric approach with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Analytical mindset to comprehend client needs and industry trends.
- Results-driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
