Elv Sales Manager

VOIPBIRD is a leading provider of advanced infrastructure solutions, specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, wiring, cabling projects, and IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Our mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced ELV Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in our ELV systems, infrastructure wiring, cabling projects, and IT AMC contracts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in ELV systems, infrastructure wiring, cabling projects, and IT AMC contracts.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients and stakeholders.
- **Account Management**: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
- **Technical Coordination**: Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping, proposal development, and successful project execution.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Proposal Management**: Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines, to prospective clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective support for client needs and business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in ELV systems, infrastructure wiring, cabling projects, and IT AMC contracts. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and data cabling. Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language.
- **Industry Insight**: Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to ELV systems and IT maintenance contracts.
- **Skills**: Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
