As a Manager for the IMA (Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive) practice based in Dubai, UAE, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives primarily in the Aviation/Airline, Defense, Construction and Transport sectors. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills and project management expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for IMA clients with a focus on performance enhancement, financial modelling, investment planning, entity set-up, operating model review and organizational transformation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including key decision makers in the MENA region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services and solutions to clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth
- Communicate and present strategic recommendations to clients
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful execution
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments and bring that knowledge to clients

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, engineering, economics)
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a minimum 5 years of non-consulting experience within the relevant industry
- Experience within the IMA sector; preferably in Aviation/Airline, Construction, Defense and/or Transport.
- Practical know-how in investment planning, entity-set up, operating model review and organizational transformation
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with mínimal supervision
