**Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop robust Distributor and approved SI network primarily in GCC territory
- Develop verticals of Manufacturing (F&B, Steel, Chemicals, etc.), Utilities (specifically District Cooling, Water/Wastewater), and Powergen/Renewables
- The RSM is also responsible for managing, training, guiding, and maintaining its channel partner network. This includes potentially removing or adding a distributor partner to execute the territory strategy. The RSM should hold partners to a high standard of conduct and business practices as they are instrumental in HMS increasing our customer base
- Creation, refinement, and execution of annual sales strategy for the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of individual and organizational goals and objectives. This strategy is submitted to your manager each year for review and feedback
- Achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives
- Generating technical sales proposals, contracts, PoCs along with local technical support engineer Managing active customer accounts and identifying new opportunities within those accounts Identifying prospect accounts and making sales calls
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM and established internal communication systems
- Developing account management plans to grow our business within large accounts Maintaining a high degree of technical knowledge to allow in-depth technical presentations and discussions with customers and partners
- Representing the company at industry events and meetings Other projects as assigned by your manager

**Requirements**:

- Min. diploma in Engineering related discipline
- Min. of five to ten years of business development & sales experience in a B2B context Working technical knowledge in industrial automation controls, industrial communication protocols, or industrial Ethernet and TCP/IP technologies, Discrete Automation
- Sales Hunter and Startup mindset
- Proficient English level (technical writing and speaking) with the ability to communicate clearly
- Able to travel extensively within the Middle East
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team environment: self-driven and collaborative
- Take full accountability for actions and the role; perform well under pressure
- Resourceful in solving problems with limited resources; develop solutions to the problems or obstacles that come up in your role
- Strong industry network or ability to make lasting connections

**Must-Have**:

- Valid UAE or KSA Driving License
- Transferable Visa/Clearance from Labor Department and the previous employer to join HMS, 1 Month Notice preferred
- Personal Vehicle

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience with GCC Industrial integrators, manufacturers, distributors, and end-users
- Deep knowledge of GCC Industrial
- Market apart from O&G
