Requirements:

- Possess a higher education degree.
- With at least 2 years’ experience in the UAE.
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a secretary/office administrator, with a minimum of 3 years working as a Personal Assistant (PA) to a senior-level executive.
- Fluent in English, both in business correspondence, reading, and oral communication (in-person or via phone).
- Quick thinking and ability to work under multitasking conditions and strict deadlines.
- Availability to work evenings and/or weekends when required.
- Keen to details, strong planning, organizational, and business communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing comprehensive daily administrative support, including managing schedules, and reminders, and monitoring task lists.
- Coordinating service providers, involving the legal team or the client when necessary.
- Liaising with external legal and financial service providers, negotiating contracts, and organizing their work.
- Conducting research, selecting, negotiating, and organizing service providers based on the demands of the legal team or clients.
- Offering concierge services and assisting with lifestyle tasks such as bill payments (phone, internet), shopping, leisure activities, restaurant reservations, property management, and purchasing luxury items.

**Salary**: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
