**Responsibilities**
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Daily telephone conversation with potential clients for general market analysis.
- Booking appointments between the potential client and the Sales Agents.
- Working towards converting company assigned leads into opportunities that result in sales.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the real estate market.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

**Qualifications**
- 1 year experience within a Telesales role in Real Estate industry.
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- Strong networker & relationship builder.
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English speaker (must)
