**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the admissions team

Write CV's and personal statements for applicants

Schedule admissions appointments and interviews

Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting duties

Process accounts payable/receivable, reconcile statements

**Requirements**:
Fluent in written and spoken English and Tagalog

2+ years admin experience

Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Trustworthy handling confidential student records

Background in bookkeeping or accounting

Ability to write professional CV and personal statements

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Admissions Administrator/Accountant: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tagalog (required)
