**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of education.
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure it meets the needs of students and complies with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of academic staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating faculty members.
- **Admissions Management**:

- Develop strategies to attract and retain a diverse student body.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process, providing a positive experience for prospective students and their families.
- **Program Oversight**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all academic programs, including NIOS, O & A Levels, IB Coaching, School Tuitions, Pearson, ATHE & OTHM-UK Diplomas, IELTS, and OET.
- Ensure that programs are up-to-date with educational standards and industry requirements.
- Introduce new programs and courses in response to market demands and student interests.
- **Student Support**:

- Oversee student services to provide academic advising, career counseling, and support services.
- Address and resolve academic and behavioral issues involving students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student success and well-being.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high educational standards.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of academic programs and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accreditation and certification requirements.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the academic staff, administrative staff, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding academic policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support institutional goals and initiatives.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement long-term academic goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets related to academic programs and admissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic administration or a related role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
- Experience in student admissions and enrollment management.
- Knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with the educational programs offered (NIOS, O & A Levels, IB Coaching, etc.).
