**Job Title**: HR & Admin. Manager
**Industry**: Family Entertainment Centers & F&B
**Reporting to**: CEO
We are looking for an HR and Admin. Manager to develop and look after all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. As an HR manager, you will work towards ensuring proper development and implementation of company policies, strategies, objectives, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management as it relates to Human Resources.
**Responsibilities**:
- To develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff
- To develop, implement and update HR practices in line with the culture of the organization
- To bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues
- To be able to solve employee grievances on their own
- To ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees
- To facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
- To organize required training programs and workshop for employees
- To ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labor Laws
**What you’ll need**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in HR in the UAE
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work in a start up in a range of tasks
- Excellent communication and admin. skills
- Ability to think outside the box & adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of U.A.E labour law and visa process
- Can start within 2 weeks of the interview process, or are in-between jobs or in their notice period
- Have experience working in an HR department in the pre-opening phase of a new organization or start-up
- Have experience in the Family Entertainment Center or F&B or Hotel industries
- Have at least 2 years experience as HR Manager
- Have previously worked with people of diverse nationalities and backgrounds
**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
