**Designation: HR/Admin Manager(Construction Industry)**

Ssangyong Engineering & Construction is looking for a remarkably talented **HR/ ADMIN MANAGER**to join our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of Human Resources, Accounts, General Affairs, Purchasing and IT.
- Should demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle Internal Audits and reporting of resolution activities.
- Well-versed with the UAE Labour Law
- Strong HR experience and expertise to enhance employee satisfaction and execute activities in accordance with the company objectives.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Support employee evaluation processes and reporting to Management.
- Facility Management to ensure a safe work environment (Maintenance, security etc).
- Strong Vendor Management and contract negotiation skills
- Monitor office supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Strong understanding of accounting practices for Representative Office
- Budget Management: Develop and effectively manage budget for Administration Dept.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Ensure Employee Salaries and reimbursements are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements
- Must have worked within the GCC
- Experience working on civil high-rise/building projects
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience with contractors.
- Proven experience in HR management and administrative functions within the construction industry.
