We are a leading real estate company in Dubai looking for a dedicated and qualified Office Manager to join our exceptional team. The role of the Office Manager will be pivotal in organizing and coordinating all administrative and office activities, ensuring smooth operations.
**Skills Qualification**
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant manager Experience
- experience in an administrative role
- knowledge of administrative software packages
- Able to manage a team
- Strong Communication
- Know how to handle Online Campaigns(ex. Bayut & Property finder etc.)
- organizing meetings and managing databases
- organizing company events and conferences
- ordering stationery and IT equipment
- preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- processing invoices and managing office budgets
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- organising induction programmes for new employees
- attending meetings with senior management
- assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents.
- **Salary: 4000-5000 AED**_
- **Job Location: Dubai **_
- **Job Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM**_
