We are hiring Female **'Admin cum Secretary'** to join our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Following up on the manager/Executive's important tasks and deadlines
- Organizing meetings
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Typing ,compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases, document control and filing systems

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of relevant work experience as a Admin
- A Bachelor degree is a must
- outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency
- Ability to multitask and time management skills
- Fluent English speaker
- Ability to work on own initiative

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- secretary: 3 years (preferred)
- Admin: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Arabic (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
