Sales Coordinator/marketing/secretary

Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
- Process orders once Purchase Order has been received from customers.
- Effectively communicate and interact with customers, executive management, internal and external customers.
- Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Ensures that terms of payment and terms of delivery are being followed before order and/or delivery will be processed.
- Provide reports to team leaders on quotations sent and order processed.
- VAT return reporting and filing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements
- Record/process accounts payable/receivable
- Experience with Quickbooks.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (any technical equipment product or service).
- Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
