**We are currently looking for employee to join our team as a Secretary & Coordinator. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our office and the efficient coordination of various tasks and projects.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.**:
- **Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.**:
- **Act as a liaison between departments and external partners.**:
- **Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.**:
- **Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.**:
- **Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.**
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.**:
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills.**:
- **Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.**:
- **Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.**:
- **Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.**:
- **High level of integrity and professionalism.**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.**
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
