We are seeking a skilled and experienced Secretary to join our dynamic team at **W DE MODA** in **Abu Dhabi**.

As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fashion brand's office and providing essential administrative support to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documents related to the fashion brand's operations, projects, and correspondence.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, such as fashion shows, product launches, and promotional activities, by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution.
- **Fashion Industry Knowledge**: Utilize your experience and knowledge of the fashion industry to support the team in various tasks, including trend research, market analysis, and product development.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively.
- **Office Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of [1] of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment and software systems.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- **Professionalism**: Professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- **Fashion Knowledge**: A passion for and knowledge of the fashion industry, including current trends, designers, and brands.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments.
